Of all the Haiku topics we've been given this month, I've enjoyed this one most:Bloodsucking monsters
Why won't they leave me alone?
I want to go home.
My thoughts, exactly,
are rarely controlled even if
I wish they could be.
My children
they just want to talk
I love them.
Chores gather like fleas
robbing me - no peace of mind.
Time spent cleaning house.
A cat stares at me
just looking, catches my eye;
I stop, just for him.
